Saturday Night At The Movies: Reefer Madness

Tonight's Feature Presentation, from 1936, is Reefer Madness, directed by Louis Gasnier.

Originally released under the title Tell Your Children, when it was financed by a church group, Reefer Madness was re-cut by producer Dwain Esperw, when he bought it, and distributed on the exploitation film circuit.

It wasn't until the 1970s, when it was rediscovered, that Reefer Madness found an audience, with dopers looking at it as a comedy.
